Experience
Mr. Covington has been an associate of King Realty since early 2000. Prior to joining King, Mr. Covington served as Vice President of Acquisition & Development for Pinnacle Southeastern. While with Pinnacle Southeastern, Mr. Covington's responsibilities included "ground up" development & disposition of over $80 million dollars worth of self-storage facilities throughout the United States. Since 2000, Mr. Covington has established himself as a prolific industrial broker, managing transactions ranging from several thousand square feet up to several hundred thousand.
Since joining King in 2000, he has represented national and regional firms such as, First Industrial Realty Trust, Sun Life Assurance Company, AmPac Tire, Ansco & Associates, CSX Railroad, Georgia Department of Revenue, Blue Circle Concrete and Price & Sons Demolition, & Mammoet USA.
